My name is Steve Gregor IV, and I’ve been with Meridian Products since 2019, serving as the quality control leader for the past four years. I’m committed to continuing my work in quality control and look forward to being a part of Meridian’s future – I couldn’t imagine working for a better company.
My educational journey began in physics education, but I soon transitioned to studying pure physics and engineering. I’m passionate about strategy games and competitions, and I’ve even had the honor of competing on the world stage in a game I enjoy. While I’m not a frequent sports watcher, I do enjoy playing sports like soccer and ultimate frisbee. Having a consistent work schedule at Meridian allows me the time to pursue these interests, which I truly appreciate.
One of the things I value most about working at Meridian is the strong sense of camaraderie. The connections I’ve made here are meaningful, and the company’s environment fosters this kind of teamwork. I cherish the memories I’ve created with my colleagues and look forward to building even more in the years to come.

Whether it’s identifying the root cause of a quality issue or finding innovative solutions, I tackle each challenge with persistence and passion.
